1. Why standards set on physical plant facilities, equipment and other materials needed in
hospital pharmacy operations should be imposed in each hospital organization?

• It is given standard that is needed in hospital pharmacy operations because to a

better and good quality of the product and at the same time, it should be imposed
in each hospital organization because it may cause some danger and
unappropriated source of action that which may lead to a bad product. This will
also help to focus some equipment and facilities that is much to know and possible
needed in a hospital pharmacy.

2. Why equipment, apparatus, reference materials (books & documents) should be

provided and why aside from the required ones, there are still some references that are
suggested to be kept in the hospital pharmacy?

• It is provided by the hospital because It is needed especially in compounding and

drug related information and also for drug development as well. There are still some
references that are suggested because it continuously developing as well as
providing a much better information and action. It may also include that it may
also provide the advanced information that is much better compare to the
required ones that is possible lacking of action.
