My philosophy as teacher

As time passes by, there are certain things that come to my mind by heart that just
developed thru different experience I have experienced during the past years I’ve been
in the academe industry.

Let me starts by saying a good teacher touches the heart before touching ones’ mind. It
is presupposes that building relationship with the students with the boundary of position
will lead to making the students to have the intention to go to the class and finish their
study and to have a good moral.

A good teacher is like a leader who keeps on having the philosophy of “everything is
his/her fault. It is indeed hard to realized that is it the fault of the teacher if the students
were not able to learn anything in the class. Hence, it may also presuppose that it is it
rewarding to the side of a teacher that his/her students learned from him/her. A good
leader indulged influence to the learners for leadership is all about influence that leads
to someone’s identity.
