(ii) Where you are charged twice for the same transaction on your net-bank-
ing account, or credit card or debit card due to technical snags between your
Terms and Conditions
I. Important:
A. Supplier
Experian Credit Information Company of India Private Limited (hereinafter re-
ferred as “Experian”).
B. Service
The online and real-time delivery of the Experian Credit Information Report and
Credit Score (hereinafter referred to as the “Experian Credit View”) to you.
Note: Your request shall be processed immediately upon completion of the Ex-
perian Credit View Form (hereinafter referred as “the Online Form”) by you through
the Experian Widget on the website of the Experian Affinity Partner, and payment
of ₹ 399/- which shall be accepted by way of any one of the payment modes as
mentioned in clause D below.
Your Online Form will be processed only after the payment has been realised for
the full amount payable through any one of the below mentioned payment modes,
and after successful online authentication of your identity.
By executing and submitting this online form you agree and accept to receive the
copy of your Experian Credit Report and Credit Score and to your verified email
address.
C. Price
The current price for the Service is as below exclusive of all taxes :
Free Report and Score – Rs 0
Annual subscription – Rs 999
B-Annual Subscription – Rs 699
One time report – Rs 399
 Invoice will be sent to your verified email address upon successful payment.
D. Payment
All payments shall be made in advance.
1. Payment Modes:
You can pay for your Experian Credit View by any of the below Payment Modes:
a. Payment using voucher / promotional code provided to you by the Ex-
perian Affinity Partner. The voucher / promotional code shall be valid for a
specific period of time. The voucher / promotional code once used cannot
be reused. No invoice shall be generated or sent to your verified email ad-
dress if payment is made using the voucher / promotional code.
Experian shall not be responsible for any incorrect use of any voucher / cou-
pon code and any invalid attempts made. or
b. Paying online through Credit Card or Debit Card.
You represent that you have full authority and permission to use the credit
card or debit card to make payment herein.
In case of any error in the payment of the full amount through credit or debit
card, your Online Form shall not be processed till the payment towards the
Online Form is realised for the full amount by Experian; or
c. Using Net Banking Facility.
You understand and represent that you shall hold an operational online
banking account (Debit/ Credit or Prepaid) with a bank listed by the payment
getaway merchant, from where the said amount will be debited online upon
your instruction.
You shall only use your own online banking account or an online banking
account for which you have full authority and permission to use, to transact
on this website and to make payment as required herein.
In case of any error in the payment of the full amount, your Online Form shall
not be processed till you make fresh payment for the required amount and
the payment is realised for the full amount by Experian.
2. Terms for Payment:
1. You agree to make the payment of the amount as stipulated in clause C
above for provision of the Service. You agree and accept that this Price is
towards cost of the Experian Credit View, payment gateway charges (as ap-
plicable), and applicable taxes.
2. The technology for enabling the payment by way of Credit Card/ Debit Card/
Net Banking Facility could be affected by virus or other malicious, destructive
or corrupting code, programme or macro. This could result in delays in the
processing of instructions or failure in the processing of instructions. You
acknowledge and accept that and the payment gateway services for pay-
ment through net-banking, credit card or debit card may not be uninterrupted
or error free; and Experian shall not be liable for the same.
3. Experian shall not be liable, whether directly or indirectly, for loss arising out
of any failure or inability by the relevant bank or financial institution to honour
any customer instruction for whatsoever reason.
4. Experian shall not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any fraud or error
that may be committed on your net banking account, Credit Card or Debit
Card.
5. Payments once received shall not be refunded / returned except for the be-
low reasons and at Experian’s sole discretion:
(i) Where a fraudulent transaction has been carried out on your net-banking
account or from your credit card or debit card without your authorisation, and
the same is verified by appropriate authorities.

computer and/or Experian and/or the issuing bank.
6. Experian shall not be responsible for any loss arising from failure to provide
the Experian Credit View on account of incorrect remittance made by you.
7. The payment gateway for making payment through credit card, debit card,
or net-banking accounts does not belong to Experian. The third party pay-
ment gateway facilitator may prescribe certain rules and regulations in the
process of facilitating payment through the said payment gateway and net-
banking channel. You agree to accept and abide by the same. Experian shall
have no liability whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, for any fraud that may
be committed on your credit or debit card, whether due to loss or theft or
otherwise; or delays or failure in processing of instructions as a result of any
virus, malware, corrupting code, programme, etc.; or failure by the relevant
bank to honour your instruction for whatsoever reason.

II. Terms of Service:
1. Definition:
Information used in this section means the details of your credit or loan account
provided in the Experian Credit View.
2. Processing and Dispatch of Experian Credit View
(a) Your Experian Credit View shall be processed upon completion of the Online
Form.
Upon completion of the Online Form, an email validation process shall be under-
taken by Experian to confirm your valid email id, and you shall be requested to
make the requisite payment (as mentioned in section C & D). Once the payment
is successful, your identity shall be authenticated via the challenge and response
questionnaire framework, to enable you to receive the Experian Credit View re-
port.
The following applies to processing of your application:
I. you agree to pay the price indicated in the Online Form and all payments
must be made in rupees;
II. you must be over 18 years of age;
III. you must have successfully completed the authentication process;
IV. each Online Form is for one person only; joint applications will not be ac-
cepted;
V. you agree not to use the Online Form to attempt to obtain information about
any person other than you;
VI. if Experian is not able to validate the information you have provided in your
Online Form and during the authentication process, we shall not be com-
pelled to process your request.
(b) The Experian Credit View shall be provided to you real time via encrypted email.
Experian shall not be responsible for any lost mail, caused during communication
of the Experian Credit View. The Experian Credit View shall be delivered only to
the email address which is verified by you.
3. Use of Information
You may use the Information from Experian Credit View or any part of it for your
own personal use only which includes:
(a) understanding the data which is taken into account by a lender when the lender is
taking a lending decision;
(b) assessing your own credit worthiness by reference to your credit payment history;
(c) assessing whether any credit fraud has been committed against you;
4. Cancellation and Re-supply
(a) When you submit the Online Form you agree that we can begin to process your
application in accordance with the terms contained in this form.
(b) We would be unable to provide the Experian Credit View to you in the event:
I. we have been unable to validate your information or authenticate the details
provided by you;,
II. your payment cannot be considered due to failure/ non-completion of the
payment process mentioned under clause D- ‘Payment Mode’.
(c) If you think we have not provided the Services we agreed to provide you, you
should contact us:
i) either in writing addressed to: Experian Credit Information Company of India
Private Limited, P.O. Box 9096, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063, or
ii) call us at 022 6641 9000, or
iii) email us at consumer.support@in.experian.com.
In the event of valid claim or complaint on your part, Experian shall re-supply
the information at no cost as soon as reasonably possible and in any event
within 28 days of receipt of your request as per the process mentioned in the
Experian website.
5. Law
 These Conditions shall be governed by and understood in accordance with Indian
law and Courts in the city of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
6. Liability
(a) Experian shall not be responsible for any failure to generate Experian Credit View
in the event the bank or credit or financial institution that you are a customer of,
ceases to provide data to us. 7.
(b) The Information supplied does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation (a)
or endorsement by us and is not intended to be relied upon by you in making (or
refraining from making) any specific decision. We do not accept any responsibility (b)
for any loss that may arise from relying on the Information other than as specifically
set out in this condition number 6.
(c) Experian shall use all reasonable skill and care in the supply of the Information to (c)
you. As we obtain the data from our members we cannot give you a guarantee or
warranty that the information is complete, accurate, up-to-date or error-free. How-
ever, Experian shall quality check the data received from its members to ensure (d)
that the information provided to you is accurate to best of its ability.
Experian has no liability to you until it has received notice of your problem and its (e)
liability to you is limited to the price paid for the report and to the extent expressly

agreed herein; Experian shall also have no liability for any problems, delays or de-
fects in the Information if such problems, defects or delays are caused by any event
or circumstances beyond its reasonable control; Experian does not accept any lia-
bility to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the In-
formation.
General
The agreement for the Experian Credit View as governed by these Terms and
Conditions can only be concluded in English.
The rights granted under these Terms and Conditions are personal. You may not
assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and
Conditions.
If a court finds any part of these Terms and Conditions to be invalid such part shall
be deleted and the remaining parts of these Terms and Conditions should be un-
affected.
If either of us fails to exercise any right or legal remedy available to either you or
Experian, any such failure shall not prevent you or Experian from relying on these
at a later date.
Headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and shall have no legal
meaning or effect.
