Creating and Printing Booklets Scroll down to Blank Sizes and select ½ A4 When you are ready to print

When you are ready to print Select File Print.

Ensure that Booklet side-folded is selected and
Print on Both Sides Flip sheets on short edge.
The easiest way to create and print
a booklet that has A5 pages on
folded A4 paper is to use Microsoft
Publisher.

Start up publisher and from the Getting Started

page select Newsletters.

Booklet 14.8 x 21.

Double click to select this. You will get a

message suggesting that you add 4 pages, click

on OK.
Add your text and other content. If you need to When you are happy with your print settings
insert additional pages Publisher suggests that click on the Print Icon.
you insert then 4 at a time to simplify printing.
You can say yes or no to this but Publisher may
still need to print extra blank pages .
