PRINTING TO THE

BLACK & WHITE

PRINTER IN THE AVC
LABS USING ADOBE
INDESIGN CS5

Start by choosing the Print option

1 from the File Drop down menu.

Now select the Page Setup Button

2 to open another dialog box.

In the Page Setup Dialog Box,

3 Select “Black & White (Letter-
8.5x11/Tabloid-11x17)” from
the Format For option &
select your paper Size. Click
OK when your have the cor-
rect options set.

Now select the Printer But-

4 ton to open another dialog
box. In this dialog box make
sure that the printer is set
to the Black & White (Letter-
8.5x11/Tabloid-11x17)

Now back in the main
print dialog box check
that the Black & Whit
is the printer selected,
check the number of
copies desired, and/
or the range of pages
to be printed. (ex. 1-1,
2-5, 2-4)

Now select the

6 Printer Setup
option from the
left menu. In
this area con-
firm your paper
size, orientation
and select your
scaling options.
When you are
ready select the
Print button.
