How to fire secure print on new Sharp (Darwin) Color Printer?

Go to printer properties and select Job Handling tab

Select Retention, Hold Only, Password and Main Folder(As per below attached screenshot) Password should be only numeric and minimum of 5 digits.

Click on OK and print the file.

Go to printer location and follow the screen instructions Select My Folder on the printer home screen.

That will show you the list of prints available on printers queue. You can change the list/grid view by selecting icon below

Select the file which you have given printout earlier

You will be prompted for Password once you select the file. Enter the same password which you have provided earlier for secure print on touch keyboard.

Select Print Now after entering the Password

The document will be printed Securely once you select this. You can print same document once again if you want by following instruction since beginning.

Delete the files from printer spool once you complete secure printing by following below screenshot.
