Process for adding printer to workstation in Direct Print environment

First, you must confirm that the VPSX client has been installed on your workstation. From the Control
Panel on your workstation select Programs and Features. For some this may appear as Default
Programs.

Scroll to the bottom of the list and verify that VPSX is listed. If it is not listed, then you cannot use Pull
Print.

In your browser window type printer4henkel. If you are using chrome you may have to enter
http://printer4henkel the first time.
A Printer search box will appear
Type in the letters usrhlpry6 and all printers that start with those characters will be listed. You will see a
dynamic list that gets smaller as you enter the printer name.

Select/click on which printer you want to be your default printer (please note that this printer will not be
automatically setup with Lock Print. To use Locked Print, you will have to change your printer
preferences or select Lock Print each time you print)

In Creating Printer prompt select yes to make printer your default printer if you want it to be your
default. Otherwise click No.

This completes reverting back to Direct Print When you go to desk top apps you will notice the printer
you selected is now your default printer.
After that click on Printer Properties.

Now, select the option Modify


Then you need to create a Pin (Password) with 4 to 8 digit numbers and click in OK

When you print your userID will appear in the printer, just select your user, put your password that you
create in your computer.
