Investment Commitment

I, _________________________, have received, at my request, the initial project

documentation, and have carefully reviewed and examined such information with
respect to my participation in an investment in the identified “THUNDER” project.

This is to confirm that I clearly understand the investment requirements, the

potential market(s), the risks, and potential rewards of such an investment in
multiplayer gaming software. The success, if any, is based on a successful
completion of the software from its current stage of development and the
subsequent marketing requirements to achieve financial and therefore
investment success.

The execution of this Investment Commitment document is specifically and legally

intended to evidence my commitment for investment as stated herein and
includes the initial date for the completion of a first advance to the company.

As a private investor, this is my release pursuant to privacy legislation, that I

permit the company to freely reference and or disclose my investment
commitment hereunder to other potential investors, in confidence but at the sole
discretion of the Company.

Such disclosure, if any, to be in support of the fulfillment of the required

investment being sought at present and or additional investment amounts in the
future.

I am willing to be contacted by the company to participate in calls with other

potential investors to discuss this project. I will require ___ hours notice of such
contact in advance and I can be reached at the number as shown below.

Transfer of funds – All investment funds are to be issued to our attorney “In
Trust” for iPlayMore and payment of such amounts can be by way of certified
cheque, bank draft, or wire transfer (for which full banking coordinates will be
provided upon request). Such arrangements will be made to your complete
satisfaction.
