Dalcom has been specialized in the manufacture of wear resistance pipes.

Using the last technologies and keeping itself in costantly evolution in order to offer
to the customers several metallurgical solutions. In the worldwide market our
products are considering as a guideline and they establish comparison both in quality
and in wear resistance. We are able to offer single and double pipe having different
thickness and hardness characteristics.

Twin Wall PipeTW325

Twin wall pipe for boom

(3.25mm+1.25mm). Inner
hardened pipe at 67 HRC and
collars with CCI insert
(Chrome Carbide).
Twin Wall PipeTW500

Twin wall pipe for deck

(5mm+2mm). Inner
hardened pipe at 67 HRC
collars with CCI
insert(Chrome Carbide).

Single Wall Pipe THI

Single wall pipe thickness

4,75mm or 8 mm (for deck).
Hardness 58/62 HRC.
Collars with wear resistance
insert.

Tapered Pipe

Tapered pipe in twin wall or

Chrome Carbide (68 HRC).
Collars with CCI inserts.
