1. INTRODUCCION

My name is JANIN STEPHANNY PEÑA, my talk today is about a world

leader whom I greatly admire, for his legacy and for uniting a country
that suffered from racial discrimination.
 Nelson Mandela was born on July 18, 1918 and died on December 5,
2013,
- He was a low cost lawyer for blacks
- I have graduated while in jail
- I rejected the freedom to defend his ideals
- He was the first black president of his country

He defended the rights of black people, gave the greatest example of

love and forgiveness, after spending 27 years in prison,

As president and the abolition of apartheid, South Africa experienced a

time of reconciliation and equality, before white and black people could
not enter the same public places. The people of color can’t participate
in government institutions.
Mandela was the most popular leader in South Africa and then the
world
