Player Turn - Escape from Sunset Island

Goal: Escape to Boat or airport with 1 food (each), 1 water (each), 1 gas (shared)

 Roll white die for Action points


 Costs 1 AP:
o Move 1 space orthogonally (not diagonally)
o Reveal 1 item in your space
o Pickup 1 item in your space
o Give 1 item to another player in your space
o Attack (ends your turn)
 Each Food, Water, Gas item subtracts 1 from your die roll of action points
 You can drop items (for free) before you move to reduce movement penalty
 Attack:
o Check Range = # of “squares” away orthogonally (not diagonally).
o Attack die: (Grey) knock down, (Red) kills zombie=knockdown in hospital
 Can shove (if no weapon), Range 1: Knock down on 5,6
o May attack other players, but they get a defense roll
1) Defender rolls 6 (red), attacker is killed->zombie & Drops items
2) Defender rolls 6 (grey), attacker is knocked down & Drops items
3) Defender>=Attacker: attack fails.
4) Attacker rolls (grey hit), defender is knocked down & Drops items
5) Attacker rolls (red hit), defender is killed->zombie & Drops items

Zombie Turn - Escape from Sunset Island

Goal: Brains. Eat players

 Roll red die for Action points


 Must move full amount rolled, unless:
o Catching a human, Attack (ends turn)
o Stop at door or fence (ends turn)
o If laying down, take full next turn to stand up
 All zombies you control move the roll orthogonally (not diagonally)
 Attack: Zombie rolls red die. Player (defender) rolls white die
o Player < Zombie: Player becomes Zombie and lays down
o Player > Zombie: Player gets bitten token and becomes a zombie start of 3rd turn, unless spend 1ap in
hospital or medi-kit or Dr. faberge
o Player = Zombie: No effect
o Player rolls 6: With weapon, zombie killed -> hospital
o Player rolls 6: No weapon, zombie is knocked down
o If >1 player defending, roll 2 white dice and take best result, worst roller gets the effect
 Move zombie counter each round to ensure a 2nd zombie Arrives by round 10
