Hey, y'all! My name is Essa Bima Ardiansyah, and today I'ma show you how to make a vegetarian meal.

today I want to make a Spanish omelette. actually this is a potato omelet or so-called tortilla de patatas.
The tortilla de patatas is hopefully true in what I call it.

actually the ingredients are very simple like making a regular omelet with only potatoes added, but to
make it healthier I add some vegetables such as broccoli and carrots. I chose to make this recipe
because eggs and potatoes are some of the cheapest ingredients I could think of, and they're both really
healthy breakfast foods. And you know? I’m a huge fan of egg

Let's do this!

So the ingredients are, of course,

1. eggs,
2. potatoes,
3. onions,
4. broccoli,
5. carrots,
6. salt
7. pepper
8. Mayonnaise sauce
so simple right???

1. first, cut the carrots into small pieces followed by the brocoli
2. peel the potatoes then wash and cut into small pieces
3. after that, peel the onions and thinly sliced
4. fry the potatoes and onions in heated oil for about 2-3 minutes
5. Put the salt and pepper in the bowl and don't forget to put the eggs. And then you’re gonna
stir it around
6. add the sliced vegetables along with the fried potatoes and onions. And then you’re gonna
stir it around
7. pour all the batter into the pan which is already filled with oil. cook over medium heat for
about 5-7 minutes
8. serve on a plate and you can add the sauce to add flavor

the scent began to smell

I don't want the potatoes to be too dry, so fry them for just a little while about 2-3 minutes

And it just tastes so much better especially with mayonaise sauce or tomato sauce. This turned out to be
a very inexpensive, delicious, and filling breakfast

Don't finish the food first, I haven't had breakfast
