ABSTRACT:

Customer Satisfaction should be the main aim of a business. It is essential for businesses to
effectively manage customer satisfaction. To be able to do this, firms need consistent and
diplomatic measures of satisfaction. The importance of customer satisfaction diminishes when a
firm has increased bargaining power. In early 2016, after the success of its first two
smartphones, the OnePlus One and OnePlus 2, China-based startup smartphone maker OnePlus
was deciding how to build on its early success and produce into a global contender in the highly
viable smartphone market. Technology enthusiasts and geeks had flocked to purchase the first
two generations of its smartphones and expectations were high for the company's next invention.

This research was conducted a study to find out the level of customer satisfaction towards
OnePlus smartphones. The target respondent includes those customers who are using the
OnePlus smartphones. The collected data was abridged, coded and tabulated by using some
statistical tools. The data was collected through both the primary as well as secondary sources.
The primary source of the data is the users of various mobile handset users. The study revealed
that Most (74%) of the respondents rated the price of the OnePlus as cost-effective and Most
(80%) of the respondents are interested to propose OnePlus to their friends and relatives. The
research outcome also indicates that most of the customers were satisfied with the OnePlus
smartphone concerning the chosen factors.

feature phones. Early smartphones usually combined the features of a mobile phone with those
of another popular consumer device, such as a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a media player,

(ratings) exceeds particular satisfaction goals.

OnePlus users are particularly happy with the battery performance of the phone, with around 70
percent of them giving it a thumbs up. Only Asus, which sees 75 percent of its users liking the

chart with 88 percent of OnePlus phone users finding the performance of their devices

area with special of OnePlus mobiles. The study on customer satisfaction helps to know who the
customers were, what they want, how they use to react to the mobile. The customers were charily
studied by surveying customer satisfaction. This study will help to gain knowledge about the
market factors that influence the customer to desire a particular brand and problems faced by
using such brands and so on.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY:


From this study, the performance and troubles of the customer can be analyzed. The study helps
to know the factors that influence the customer to buy the product. This study helps to know the
required change in product features and customer feeling about the OnePlus smartphone. The
study will be useful for the company to make necessary changes in price, designs, apps, etc..
