Identify the factors in the different system that will contribute in the success of your studies.

1. Self
 Self Discipline - helps to stay focused on reaching your goals, gives you the
courage to stick with difficult tasks, overcome obstacles as you push yourself to
your limits.

 Self Confidence - is a tool that helps the student to manage their problems,
challenges, fears, and maintains a positive attitude as they overcome hardships
and obstacles in studying.

 Self Education - It makes you think out of the box and optimistic person. It helps
in learning and adopting ways to respond better to others and to life situations.
This entails practicing professionalism so that you are better in the work place.

 Stress Management – Stress in studies are inevitable. But we should know how to
balance our social life and school life because too much stress can result to losing
their ability to focus during lectures or studying. Stress may even cause students
to drop out of school or drop classes.

2. Microsystem

 Student Resiliency the capacity to be self-righting despite adverse circumstances.

 Individual student abilities-cognitive and metacognitive factors affect the


student’s ability to learn, and more importantly to critically understand how to
best understand and process information.

 Social and Moral Development is embedded in the culture of the family and
community.

3. Mesosystem

 School Climate - supportive relationship building in all areas of child, parent,


school system promotes values and norm development that positively influence
student achievement
 Peer Culture and Achievement Focus groups that equally represent all student
groups to meet with administration

4. Exosystem

 Neighbors- surrounded by other people can also impact our studies

 Local Politics- is also a factor to consider because it influences our management

5. Macrosystem

 Ideas and Ideologies of the culture is also a factor to consider because it is the
beliefs that justify particular social arrangements, including patterns of inequality.
Influences our thinking and understanding.

6. Chronosystem

 Adapting to change- it contributes to students success beacause as we experience


change we learn many different things along our way. As people adapt to change,
they develop skills, and become more able to understand and manage their
ecosystems.
