"PLMN Service Unavailable" will be raised.

The Cabinet managed object is empty or if the attribute NO
1.Identify and restart the faulty board or unit. See Restart Board for instructions.
2.Check that the alarm has ceased.
3.If the alarm remains, identify and lock the faulty board or unit. See Lock Board for instructions.
4.Replace the faulty board or unit.
See Replacing Alarm Units, Replacing Control Units, Replacing Power Units or Replacing EMU for
instructions.
5.Unlock the board or unit. See Unlock Board for instructions
"get ntp", check the Ntp Server Ip Address. For LTE Phase-1 and Phase-2, the Server-1 IP is
(10.200.170.116) & Server-2 IP is (10.203.178.165). If wrong IP, do change the IP address. Alarm will be
ceased. In normal condition, ,NtpServer=1 service status is "6 (SYSPEER)" and NtpServer=2 service
status is "4 (CANDIDATE)". Or Either one NtpServer service status is "6 (SYSPEER)".
Need to check on site. Check on EPC Bus cable to SAU, SCU, PDU
Check both IP adressed of PTP Server are correct (follow ATND). If all IP and VLAN address are correct,
need to check on Transport (PDH, SDH, ME, PE Router) and NTP Server it self (Hardware/Software)
Clear the primary alarm, this alarm will be ceased
Warm Restart DUS and if not cease, check transport bandwidth bottle neck
Check both IP adressed of PTP Server are correct (follow ATND). If all IP and VLAN address are correct,
need to check on Transport (PDH, SDH, ME, PE Router) and NTP Server it self (Hardware/Software)
Delete the corrupted upgrade package (make sure not the current UP)
LOCKED Impacted Cell for 8 seconds and UNLCOKED it
Restart impacted RRU/RU or DUS Warm Restart
Instal complete LKF / inject optional required LKF. Always check "st cell & ue print -admitted"
Restart RRU, check "st cell", if still not up, check "cabx", can see normally RRU faulty
Check configuration, cabx and probably need to check on site on the RiLink connection between DUS -
RRU
Restart impacted RRU/RU. If "No connection with
ManagedElement=1,Equipment=1,AuxPlugInUnit=RRU-1", then need to check on site on the
RiLInk/SFP's connection between DUS-RRU
Related to "Heartbeat Failure", need to check RU & DU power at site
Check on MME IP Service, S1_MME Vlan. All good, its more towards Transport issue (SCTP)
Need to check on site, due to problems in the antenna cable or in the RF connector
set Equipment=1,Cabinet=1 productData, or if product data not available, copy from 3G product data
