“Legal Terms & Policies”), all which form integral part of the Trading & Service Agreement.
(ix) I hereby confirm I do not possess European or American citizenship.

Personal disclaimer

1. I am acting on my own behalf and not in representation or agency of a third party.

2. I am fully aware and accept the risks involved on CFD’s and forex trading offered by WWW.Go4Rex.COM
3. I cannot grant or provide access to any third party to my WWW.Go4Rex.COM account, the account is only for my personal use
4. I understand and I’m fully aware that providing any kind of access to my portfolio to a third party is a violation of
WWW.Go4Rex.COM company policy and can be the ground for legal procedures, account suspension or other actions that the
company will decide to use.
5. WWW.Go4Rex.COM will not take any responsibility for any outcome (losses or profits) that my portfolio will generate in the
event that I have provided access to a third party against the company policy or at any other event.
6. WWW.Go4Rex.COMwill use the company right to cancel/withdraw any positions/profits that will be made on my
account in case of suspicious IP address behavior that don’t match my usual behavior.

Terms & Conditions

1. Bonus funds can only be withdrawn when the preceding stipulation has been fully met and fulfilled; including all
bonuses and offers.
2. Bonuses and/or promotions given to the above WWW.Go4Rex.COMaccount are subject to compliance with the specific
terms of the offer.
3. These terms include minimum deposit, trading requirements, general WWW.Go4Rex.COM terms and conditions as well as
4. any terms specific to this particular offer/bonus. The terms of this offer serve as a precondition for withdrawal purposes.
5. If the required trading volume is not met at the time of the withdrawal request, the request will be canceled.
6. WWW.Go4Rex.COM reserves the right to withhold the bonus, if any of the above stipulations are not met.
7. WWW.Go4Rex.COM reserves the right to change, modify or terminate offers at any time.
8. The bonus or leverage given by WWW.Go4Rex.COM will be subject to the company terms and conditions.

Agreement & Signature

By signing this agreement:

1. I agree and fully accept all Legal Terms& Policies established by WWW.Go4Rex.COM, as stated on their website and on this agreement.
2. The responsibility for transactions/payments made through my WWW.Go4Rex.COM account or over the phone is
fully mine.
3. I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Legal Terms & Policies described above.

5. I accept and submit to the Laws of Seychelles, jurisdiction applicable according with the Legal Terms & Policies accepted.
6. I accept all financial services/investment advice/online trading on CFD or Forex presented/offered byWWW.Go4Rex.COM
