2. I am aware that providing access to my portfolio to a third party is a violation of Capital 88 company policy and can be the
ground for legal procedures, account suspension or other actions that the company will decide to use.

3. Capital 88 will not take any responsibility for any outcome (losses or profits) that my portfolio will generate in the event that I
have provided access to a third party against the company policy.

4.Capital 88 will use the company right to cancel/withdraw any positions/profits that will be made on my account in case of
suspicious IP address behavior that don’t match my usual behavior.

-The responsibility for transactions/payments made through my Capital 88 account or over the phone is fully mine.

-I agree to Capital 88 Term and Conditions as stated on their website and on this agreement.

-I accept all financial services /investment advice / online trading on CFD with Capital 88.
