For significa "desde hace" o "durante" “por” y se usa con un período o

Ever = alguna vez – se usa para preguntar o afirmar

Have you ever been to New York? = ¿Alguna vez has ido…?
Has she ever seen that film? = ¿Alguna vez ha visto…?
Have your parents ever been to Paris? = ¿Alguna vez han ido…?
She is probably the most intelligent person I have ever met!

Never = nunca – se usa para negar.

I’ve never been to New York. Have you?
