1. The name of the business is Manggaan.

2. Manggaan is belong to the food industry as it is a small food stall catering mostly to takeouts and 2-4
dine-in customers. It is envisioned to move to another site that is a literal 'kamanggaan' which will offer
an outdoor style resto and cuisine. Manggan's cuisine targets mango lovers and lovers of culture and
heritage as some of the recipes have taken inspiration from the community of San Carlos. Each of the
dishes has a mango twist added therefore the name of Manggaan means the place of Mangoes.
Furthermore, the owner of the business is Lemuel Gio Fernandez Cayabyab. The business started during
the year 2020 and located at Kareenan St., Brgy. Roxas, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

3. We choose this business because of its uniqueness, viability, and marketability. The business wanted
to give back just like how 'Good Shepherd' in Benguet, so a portion of the monthly income will be given
as allowance to a chosen scholar. The owner is an advocate of Pangasinan Culture, Arts, and Heritage
therefore through this business he can promote what he love.

4. The business marketing strategies are E-Commerce and E-Marketing. Moreover, its specific strategies
are ambiance and aesthetics paying homage to San Carlos City and it's proud past (mural art). The staff
will welcome customers with a smile and even give a lecture about the mural and the people and sites in
the painting. Also, the use of local products and supporting local farmers of the city to further market
the business. Lastly, the use of stickers in food packaging with Pangasinan texts and facts about San
Carlos/Binalatongan.
