First of all, I think this should not be done at all, because everyone here has their personal information.

it should not be viewing any persons personal information without permission. If he /she is my good
friend I think it is also same. it is not so polite things .and if I do this and if my superiors or my
organization find out then I will face lots of problem. they may convict me of abuse of power in this case.
so, my personal opinion it’s not good to do personally generate payroll checks. if I fell curiosity cheek on
my friends to see if they are earning more money than me therefore, I will ask my friend directly the
payroll and others information, if he give me permission then my friends will do. but if we are talking
about professionalism then for me it won’t be a good idea to check their personal information such as
their paycheck because we know some people try to hide their financial situation for many causes One
of the causes are some people try to hide their income just not to give tax so I can’t be someone who
will expose their secret. Above all ,it should be said that this work should not be done at all .
