Mexican Culture

Mexico is one of the Latin American countries that are recognized for their people, gastronomy
and customs. And considering that culture is the set of customs and practices typical of a
community, this culture comes mainly from indigenous tribes, but as a result of colonization
different European practices were adopted, such as religion, which resulted in a mixture between
Aztec and European culture. However, there are regions where indigenous traditions still
dominate and are proud of their roots.

Mexicans are known for their kindness and humility, so many tourists prefer to stay in houses near
the villages which is where citizens are best known. They have many traditions that make them
stand out from other cultures. In Mexico, the first of November commemorates the famous "day
of the dead" where families prepare altars for their late loved ones with various dishes and objects
representative of the deceased.. On the other hand, the music representative of Mexico is the
“ranchera” performed by the "mariachis", traditional musicians that are presented in costumes
and envelopes of charros. One of the important events where a lot of musicians are presented is
at the birthday parties #15, another Mexican tradition, where the fulfillment of that age of a girl is
celebrated.

El dia de los muestr

A curious fact is that this tradition comes from a Tarasca belief, coming from an ancient civilization
of Michoacán, where it is believed that the dead can return home to their families on a special day
of the year
