Mainstream culture will certainly see the hippie as moral decaying, when they go directly againts the
previous value of the mainstream culture. Hippie will be consider childlish, lazy, relying on LSD and other
drugs, laying around and not working.

I think the hippies have failed because their lifestyle werent realistic. There were reasons why people
have to work hard and live in the mainstream culture, simply because it is realistic and have strong
foundations, such as the economy . On the other hand the hippie lifestyle rely too much on something
really vague such as love, freedom, peace and trust. Those don’t bring food to the table and put a roof
over your head. Laying around using LSD certainly wont make money. As the result the hippie
community become dangerous and not practical as a lifestyle.

Blowing in the wind

This was a song of Bob Dylan, released in 1963. The song speak about humanity, war, peace, and vague
question that people refuse to answer. The chorus, blowing in the wind, is described as something really
ambiguos and cannot be describe, the answer can be right in front of you, or far away in the wind
