by my excellence in planning, coordination, strategic formulation and implementation of
project schedules, resources, equipment, information and operation in projects/programs.

I took various posts from the profit and non-governmental organizations where I have
contributed long term strategic planning and community development initiatives. I believe
worked as Youth Development Advisor in Mogadishu is one of my significant professional
accomplishments. My most innovative ideas was to work with civic engagement,
entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment to coach and mentor young generation.

I have a passion of delivering public events and as an approach to express and disseminate my
dedicated contribution to youth coach and empowerment and civic engagement. I have
delivered more than fifty public events which attended and followed by university students,
fresh graduators, local residents and officials. I trained young entrepreneurs/job seekers on how
they can use their desires to generate a stable income for themselves but not to be seeing
themselves in limited situations. This allowed them to change the lives of many young
generations to begin their journey and start living the life of their dreams.

I believe I have gained enough experience in terms of working with senior managers and
complex development projects as a whole. This coupled with my strong managerial skills both
working with the developmental partners and my educational background makes me a very
competitive candidate for this position.
