Dear madam,

My purpose of writing to you is that I have left my bag on a bus last Saturday. As you are the
administrator of the Lost and Found office I hope you can kindly help me, because I am
going insane about it since I got out of the bus in Palanga.

As I mentioned before, I was travelling to Palanga, where I had to take another bus in order
to reach my final destination which was Nida. Unfortunately, because of the loss of the bag,
unfortunately I could not even reach Nida and now I am stuck in Palanga, so I really need to
get back the bag.

My bag was really big, kind of like a travelling bag. It was in bright red colour with black and
white dots on it. The handle was white and it had a scarf tied up to it. The scarf was yellow,
with red, green and grey flowers on it. But the most important part of the bag was the
inside of it.

One of the main things that was in the bag was all my personal documents like my passport,
driving license, health insurance card and bank cards. There also were a wallet with 200
euros in it and 2 bus tickets, accommodation reservation documents. There also were a
bottle of water, 2 sandwiches, big bag of gummy bears and also some chips. Without food
and documents, there also were my cosmetics like mascara, foundation. You can also find in
my bag a present for my mum, which was wrapped in silver paper with a huge red ribbon on
it. As you can see, the content of my bag is really valid.

Anyways, I hope you can help me get my bag back. I would appreciate it so much and I could
also continue my trip to Nida to finally see my mum.
