    -Good Morning. I have lost my bag; I think I left it in the bus from London to Manchester, the
    approximate time of arriving the bus to Manchester is 12pm.

    - Can you give me more details about your bag?

    -It was small, pink with gold strips.

    -Ok, we’ve got quite similar one. What was inside?

    - My dog’s stuff and its favorite toy.

    - How does the toy look like?

    - It is pink rabbit.

    - I see. Is there anything else we could easily identify?

    - Probably the bag has my dog’s name on it. It is Tommy written with a small black letters.
