PROCESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER JOB SCOPE

 Responsible to work with Project Manager, Production Manager and Maintenance engineer to
transfer technology from headquarters.

 Develop the process, establish work instruction and FMEA.

 Provide and establish preventive maintenance plan, analyzing data and lead the continuous
improvement project.

 Executing product qualification, review equipment design and approval and run factory
acceptance test (FAT), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Product
Qualification (PQ).

 Analyze work flows within and across all departments to determine how the entire company can
work better together.

 Review the KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain
company operations

 Create an analytical process that justifies business decisions

 Analyze capital expenditures and project designs to help find ways to cut costs.

 Develop SOP and others document for production references.

 Conducts well-defined technical tasks or projects of limited complexity with regular guidance
that produce results used for decisions within an area of technical specialty at a project level.

 Develops an awareness of scientific/product opportunities and takes initiative to suggest/test


ideas.

 Exhibits good discriminatory judgment during implementation of these projects, in evaluating


results of those tasks, and suggests future direction based on these results.

 Identifies, recommends, and implements programs in manufacturing area of responsibility to


improve: (1) productivity and product cost, service, and quality and, (2) process safety and
health/environmental impact.

 Utilizes statistical techniques to monitor and improve manufacturing processes. Improves upon
these skills through regular participation in appropriate activities.

 Identifies and implements a comprehensive education plan to continually advance technical


skills and personal development as well as enhancing organizational effectiveness.

 Good interpersonal skill and Excellent reactive attitude.
