    (solid, liquid, gas)

    II. Materials
    puncher 1 art paper 1(one) bond paper glue

    III. Directions:
    1. Collect all the chads from punched papers.
    2. Draw your bond paper with 3 boxes.
    3. Write solid, liquid and gas on each top of the box.
    4. Don’t forget to put your name and activity title on top of the bond
    paper.
    5. Use glue to stick the chads inside each box.
    Illustrate the phase of matter by putting distances of each chad.
