1.5. With MS Excel, cell alignment is how your text or numbers are positioned in the cell. You
can align vertically, meaning towards the top, the middle or the bottom. And you can also align horizontally,
meaning to the left, the center or to the right. Excel has its own defaults for alignment.
1.6. When you create a database table, you first define the fields to determine the kinds of data that can be
stored in the table. Each database table has fields, or containers to hold the data, and rows of data, which are
also called records. The fields should be defined to determine what kind of data they can contain.
1.7. Because empty cells, excel row headers and excel column headers, without data sets, may have an effect on
formulas, pivot table and charts.
1.8. . Because empty cells will have an effect on formulas, pivot table and charts.
1.9. it is tolerable for data set to not have unique elements because it will not create a problem as long as the
other characteristics are seen from the data set.

1.11. That way, when the value changes in the future, you don't have to look for the formula in order to change
the value there, rather, you just have to change the value in the cell and the formula will automatically update
for the change. The idea of the label is to tell yourself in the future what that number means so you will know
that it is the one that needs to change.
1.12. The labels for the formula inputs indicate exactly what the formula input represents. It is easy to change
the formula inputs when they are listed on the face of the spreadsheet. It is very hard to accurately and
consistently change formula inputs if there are typed directly into formula, known as “hard coding” formula
inputs into formulas.
1.13. it is important to label your formula input so that the formula will run properly and to avoid confusions for
you too.
