Guidelines to download the Admit Card on

Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg (C.G.)

(Academic session 2018-2019)

What all do you need to download Admit card for Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg
(C.G.)? As an applicant you would need the following things

1. User Name/Enrollment Number and Password of student created at the time of

registration .

2. Last completed years details

Roll Number (1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year, supply or regular )
Obtained Marks and Full marks Details (1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year, supply or regular )

Please click on "Student" tab given on the home page of the Online Portal
(https://durg.ucanapply.com). Screenshot as bellow.
On clicking the ‘Student’ tab the login pop up will open. Fill the User Name/Enrollment No
and Password and click on Submit. Screenshot as bellow.

After Login, you will get the Dashboard page, Please click on “Admit Card” tab, Screenshot
as bellow.
After Click on ‘Admit Card’ tab the Admit card Details panel will open, Now read the
instruction carefully, written in red colour. Now First fill your academic details, than you are
able to download your admit card. Now to fill the academic Details please click on Fill
Academic Details button shown in below right side. As in screenshot

After that Roll Entry form will open. Fill all the information - previous year roll numbers
(1st year , 2nd year, 3rd year , supply or regular etc) and marks details. The details are
mandatory. After filling this click on Save button.

Note : Please ensure that the information provided by you is correct. In case of wrong
information the form will be canceled.
Then the confirmation pop-up will open click on “Yes” to confirm the details filled. After this
confirmation you unable to edit or modify the details. As shown in screenshot.

Now You will get the Admit Card Form Print panel, to print and download the admit card.
Click on the Print button at the right bottom of the panel.
After that you can see your Admit Card. Now click on Print button at the below of the page
to get printout this. The screenshot as attached bellow.
