FWAD Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), the following terms
shall have the meanings ascribed to them hereunder:

 "Cardholder" shall mean a customer to whom the facility has been granted by virtue of
such customer holding a Card.
 "Card" shall mean Ferrari Credit card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid
during the program period.
 "Offer" shall mean the discount provided on products/services at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi
Theme Park and shall be provided to the Cardholder free of cost.
 "Program" shall mean the assured discount offers for the Cardholder at Ferrari World Abu
Dhabi Theme Park.
 "Program Period" shall mean the period during which the offer can be availed by the
Cardholder.
 "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the
Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Program/Offer:

 Ferrari Platinum & Ferrari Signature Credit Cardholders can avail of the below
discounts at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Theme Park
- 15% discount on Bronze, Silver and Gold admission ticket types to the park
- 15% discount on any goods purchased in the merchandise stores at the park
except at food & beverage outlets
 The Cardholder can avail of above benefits for a maximum of 4 persons (cardholder
+ 3 accompanying guests) provided all guests are present at ticket counter at time of
purchase and all tickets are purchased through the cardholder’s Ferrari Platinum or
Ferrari Signature Credit Card
 The Cardholder can avail of above benefits by presenting his/her Ferrari Platinum or
Ferrari Signature Credit Card and requesting for the discount at the ticket counter at
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Theme Park
 The above benefits do not apply for online purchase of tickets
 Discount on merchandise is not applicable on below items
- Driving Experience
- Imaging products (any souvenir photo related merchandise)
- Memorabilia (parts of original F1 of GT cars)
- Collectibles (high end car models)
- Items on sale
 Children under the age of 12 entering the park must be accompanied by an adult
over the age of 18 years holding a valid admission ticket
 Children under 3 years of age get a free entry
  Use of the benefits shall not be valid in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or
discount and cannot be used during any United Arab Emirates public holidays and
special events as designated by the park
 Tickets must not be refunded, exchanged, transferred or re-sold and are void if altered
 The park’s general terms & conditions apply at all times
 Customers are solely responsible for any damages, or fault suffered to any equipment,
machinery or apparatus at the park caused by their own negligent actions or negligent
behavior

3. Other Terms and Conditions

 Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank and third parties apply. ICICI Bank makes
no representation about the quality, delivery, usefulness or otherwise of the
goods/services offered by the third party. Nothing contained herein shall
constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to
purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.
 Any dispute or claim regarding the goods/ services must be resolved by the
Card Holder/s with the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Theme Park directly without
any reference to ICICI Bank.
 All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in
connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by
the Card Holder/s, and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever
for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues. ICICI Bank shall be
entitled to deduct or set off the amounts of taxes, etc., if any, mentioned above
from all amounts payable by ICICI Bank to the Card Holder/s and balance
amount, if any, of cash back will be paid to the Card Holder/s / credited to the
account of the Card Holder/s.
 These terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation
to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Card. All capitalized terms used
but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary
Terms and Conditions.
 All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals
of Mumbai.
 All communication / notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed to "ICICI

 ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Card Holder/s from the benefits
of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the
purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card
at an ICICI Bank terminal.
 The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the offer shall not constitute a claim
against ICICI Bank
 The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the
participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary
basis
 In all matters relating to the offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding
in all respects
 ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the
offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever
 ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any
reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
