you have experienced some difficulties with it. Your feedback is very much appreciated by us.

We quite understand your frustration & it is very disappointing to discover that you’ve found our
product unsatisfactory. Please accept our sincere apology. We received your refund request.
While sympathizing with your situation, we are extremely sorry to inform you that we are unable
to process your refund.

We have definite rules regarding our refund policy. Since you've purchased the product at our
clearance sale, the return policy allows for all the products to be returned within 60 days of
purchase. The agreement was given to you at the time of sale. Since your item has been past 60
days, we are unable to grant you refund, I have attached the refund policy here in case you need
to reference in the future.

However, it is of the highest priority & although we cannot refund your money we can
recommend you an authentic repair center where you can fix it. Please let us know if you'd like
to proceed with this.
