Approach will be:

✓ defining career roadmap on the lines of Google map with specific options of rerouting with ample
scope for making mistakes
Methodology
The above process is carried out through a mix of:
✓ group activities,
✓ individual interaction
✓ technology based monitoring (mobile/desktop).
It is strongly advocated that we get to interact with the parents also and one parent becomes responsible
for enablement of the monitoring.

Process
We would engage with parents & children (Students of Class 8-12).
1. Parents are expected to be ready with their concerns & queries.
2. Students are expected to carry their notebooks/study material-school, home notes/Coaching/self-
study, School report card, details of sports &ECA (Extra-curricular activities) and details/reports
of any Career Aptitude test(School/external source)
➢ Initial interaction of 2-3 hours would be in group mode.
➢ Subsequent interactions would be with parent & student on one to one basis.
➢ Student would be given certain action points depending on desire to improve school exam scores/crack
entrance exams/improve employability/any other concern areas.
➢ Subsequent interactions would be mainly through WhatsApp/email.
