Submitting a tender response to an electronic tenders

box
There are two methods of accessing the link to enable suppliers to make an electronic tender submission:

1. From the original tender notification email. Simply click on the link provided in the option box.

2. By logging onto the e-tendering portal and selecting the link highlighted from the Dashboard.
Selecting the Dashboard link will open the screen listing all notices which have an electronic tenders box
attached. Select the notice from the list or type in the number in the box provided and select Go.

Suppliers will then be taken to the 4 step submission wizard.

Step One – Indicative Upload Times:

Step Two – Tender Confirmation:

Step 3 – Acknowledge the Terms of Service:

Step 4 – Upload files then click on the Make Submission button

Browse for individual files and select the Upload File for each

Note: It is critical to click on the Make Submission button once all the files have been uploaded. This
action transfers the tender submission files from the TenderLink server to the electronic tenders box.
Failure to do this will result in an unsuccessful submission.
Every successful submission will be immediately followed up by a system generated email confirming that the
submission has been made. We recommend that you retain this for future records

people regarding this. This is
generally a quick fix.

5. ADSL issue with your broadband Although quite uncommon ADSL

connection connection issues have been
known to strangle the outgoing file
