Promo Mechanics

1. The promotion is open to select Metrobank Peso Visa/Mastercard, Metrobank Vantage Visa/Mastercard, M
Mastercard, Titanium Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, World Mastercard, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard,
Metrobank ON Internet Mastercard, PSBank Credit Mastercard, Toyota Mastercard, NCCC Mastercard, Rewards
Plus Visa, Femme Visa, Femme Signature Visa, and Travel Platinum Visa credit cardholders in good standing. The
Promotion is not applicable to Corporate Mastercard, Dealer Financing, YAZZ Prepaid Visa, Metrobank Debit and
Prepaid cards.

2. The promotion period is from July 29 to September 30, 2020.

3. A cardholder will receive a P1,000 cash rebate for a minimum accumulated spend of P30,000 using their
Metrobank credit card for all online purchases during the promo period.

4. “Valid spending” includes all online/MOTO transactions. Online/MOTO transactions made on local and international
websites such as but not limited to the following: LAZADA, Shopee, Zalora, iTunes.com, Amazon.com, etc. are
qualified for this program.

5. For Mastercard credit cardholders, a minimum online spend of P1,000 is required to qualify as part of the
accumulated online purchase of P30,000.

6. A tracker link (http://online.mymcc.gift/) will be available by August 7, 2020 to access all qualified online
transactions under the cardholder’s account. Only the principal cardholder can access the tracker.

Note: The tracker will be updated every 2nd week of the month until October 16, 2020.

7. A cardholder can combine purchases of his / her supplementary cardholder/s or other Metrobank credit card/s (if
any) in computing for the total spend amount.

8. Qualified transactions made by supplementary cardholders will be credited to the principal cardholder’s account.

9. All local and international transactions such as retail (point-of-sale) transactions, Cash Advance, Bills2Pay,
installment transactions (such as but not limited to merchant installment, Balance Transfer, Balance Conversion
and Cash2Go) are excluded from this promotion. In addition, all mobile payment / mobile wallet transactions,
online payment system and transactions with merchant ID number 6540 found in Metrobank’s database (such as
but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, etc.) are also excluded from this promotion.

10. To qualify, a cardholder is required to register and must have his / her mobile numbers updated in Metrobank
credit card’s database.

11. To register in the promo, a cardholder will receive an SMS containing a registration link
(http://online.mymcc.gift/register) at the start of the promo period. From July 29 to September 30, 2020,
11:59PM, the select principal cardholder may register by simply clicking the registration link. A successful SMS will
be sent to the select principal cardholders’ mobile number after successful registration.

12. Upon registration, the cardholder may start viewing the qualified transactions (http://online.mymcc.gift/) a week
after the successful registration date.

13. Only online transactions / purchases made within the promo period shall be considered valid.

14. Accumulated online spend will be based on a per customer level regardless of the number of Metrobank credit
cards owned by the cardholder.

15. A cardholder may earn a maximum cash rebate amount of P1,000 regardless if the total accumulated online spend
exceeds P30,000 for the duration of the promo period.

16. A cardholder will be disqualified from the promo if his or her Metrobank credit card becomes delinquent,
suspended, cancelled or terminated before crediting the cash rebate.

17. A cardholder who reached the accumulated spend of P30,000 will receive a token link via SMS within thirty (30)
calendar days after the end of the promo period and must click the token link within sixty (60) calendar days after
receipt of the SMS to receive the cash rebate. The cash rebate will be credited to the select principal cardholders’
account thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the sixty (60) calendar days validity of the token link. For
cardholders with multiple accounts, the cash rebate will be credited to the account with highest online spend
during the promo period.

18. A cardholder will only qualify for one (1) incentive throughout the duration of the promo.

19. The cash rebate earned under this promo will be reflected in the cardholder’s’ Statement of Account with the
transaction description: 2020 ONLINE SPEND CAMPAIGN

20. Metrobank will not oblige to the cardholder’s request of extending the token link once sixty (60) calendar days has
passed.

21. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back
within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the cash rebate but was later on deemed unqualified for
not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or
unauthorized transactions, the cost of the cash rebate shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s credit
card account.

22. All questions regarding the cardholder’s eligibility to this promo shall be resolved by Metrobank, with the
concurrence of DTI.

23. The use of Metrobank credit card in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing
the issuance and use of Metrobank credit cards.
