Terms and Conditions

1. RinggitPlus #YouWantOne Flash Deal Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Jirnexu

Sdn Bhd (1081989-D), (“The Organiser”) shall commence on 6th November 2019, and
be available until 12th November 2019, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise
(“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign earlier
than 12th November 2019. Applications received after the Campaign has ended will
not be valid.

2. The Campaign is open to all customers who:

2.1 apply online at the Organiser's website ringgitplus.com for a Qualifying HSBC
Credit Card (“HSBC Credit Card”) as a Principal Cardholder (“Cardholder”), are
approved, receive and swiped any one (1) of the qualifying HSBC Credit Cards during
the Campaign Period.

2.2 qualifying HSBC Credit Cards are:

o HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum Card-i
o HSBC Platinum Credit Card
o HSBC Visa Signature

2.3. the following categories of persons shall not be considered as a Cardholder and
shall NOT be eligible for this Campaign:
2.3.1 persons who make an online application for an HSBC Credit Card at HSBC’s
website hsbc.com.my without first registering at the Organiser’s Website;
2.3.2 persons who currently holds a HSBC/HSBC Amanah Credit Card or a
Supplementary Card holder;
2.3.3 persons who had their HSBC card application approved or denied within six
(6) months before the date of application;
2.3.4 Cardholder(s) who have cancelled his/her HSBC Credit Card(s) within three
(3) months before the date of application;
2.3.5 permanent and contract employees of HSBC and Jirnexu Sdn Bhd.

2.4. The Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject applications submitted at
the website without assigning any reason.

3. The Organiser offers a gift ("Campaign Gift") to customers who are approved by
HSBC and subsequently spend with their new credit card.
 3.1 Each Cardholder is eligible for only one Campaign Gift throughout the Campaign
Period, regardless of the number of approved HSBC Credit Cards for the Cardholder
during the Campaign Period.

3.2 To qualify for a Campaign Gift (“Successful Applicant”), Cardholder must:

3.2.1 apply for a HSBC Card via the Organiser’s website during Campaign Period;
3.2.2 be approved by HSBC within sixty (60) days of the application date; and
3.2.3 spend a minimum of RM1,000 with the new credit card within sixty (60)
days of the card approval date.

3.3 The eligible spend

3.3.1 includes local and overseas retail transactions (including online
transactions), standing instructions/auto-billing
3.3.2 excludes Cash advance, Balance Transfer (BT), Cash Instalment Plan (CIP),
Interest charges, finance charges/management fees, credit card annual fees
and the Goods and Services Tax on annual fees

3.4 The offer of the Campaign Gift is exclusively available at the Organiser’s website.
3.4.1 The Campaign Gift of RinggitPlus #YouWantOne Flash Deal for the first 150
Successful Applicants is a Garmin Vivoactive 3 Element GPS Smartwatch
with Wrist-based Heart Rate Monitor. The first 150 Successful Applicants is
determined by the date and time of the online application via the
Organiser's website ringgitplus.com for any a Qualifying Product of the
Participating Banks or Institutions.
3.4.2 The Participating Banks or Institutions for the RinggitPlus #YouWantOne
Flash Deal Campaign are:

• Standard Chartered Malaysia

• RHB Bank Berhad
• United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad
• AEON Credit Service Malaysia
3.4.3 The Successful Applicants who are not part of the first 150 Successful
Applicants will be entitled for a RM100 Petronas Gift Card.
3.4.4 Each Successful Applicant is eligible for only one Campaign Gift throughout
the Campaign Period, regardless of the number of approved cards during
the Campaign Period.

4. The Applicants are required to provide the Identity Card (MyKad) images (front and
back) during the application via Organiser’s website (RinggitPlus WhatsApp).
5. The Organiser will provide every Successful Applicant with a redemption code that will
be used to claim the Campaign Gift on the 4th week of December 2019. The Successful
Applicant who have received a unique code should visit https://ringgitplus.com/more-
for-your-money/ to claim the Campaign Gift and arrange delivery of that gift. The
Organiser will provide redemption codes within 28 days upon Participating Banks or
Institutions notifying the Organiser of the customer’s approval status and eligibility for
the Campaign Gift.

6. It is the Successful Applicant’s responsibility to claim his/her Gift from the Organiser
before 31st March 2020 (“Claim Period”). Successful Applicant who claims the gift
after the Claim Period will not be entertained.

7. The Organiser is responsible for fulfilment and will send each Campaign Gift via a
reputable courier service within twenty-eight (28) days from when a Successful
Applicant claims his/her Campaign Gift.

8. The Campaign Gift (model and colour) is subject to availability. In the event of
unforeseen circumstance, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute alternative
gifts of equivalent or greater value.

9. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, tampering, theft or
modification of the Campaign Gift once it has been collected from The Organiser’s
place of dispatch for delivery by the courier company.

10. Only Successful Applicant who fulfil the RinggitPlus #YouWantOne Flash Deal Special
Terms and Conditions shall be eligible for a Campaign Gift. The Organiser reserves the
right to disqualify applicants who have failed to fulfil the Special Offer Terms and
Conditions and/or who have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data, without prior
notice.

11. Each of Successful Applicants are entitled to number of entries based on the products
applied or purchased from the following participating categories to RinggitPlus
#YouWantOne Ceremony and stand a chance to win one of the three (3) grand prizes
of RinggitPlus #YouWantOne Sweepstake (“Sweepstake”).

12. To participate in the RinggitPlus #YouWantOne Sweepstake, the Eligible Participant

must apply any Participating Product and adhere to the following requirement during
the Promotion Period.

Standard Chartered Customer has to activate their card within 30 days upon card approval.

13. The grand prize is three (3) Volvo XC40 (“Grand Prize”)

14. The Grand Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances,
the Organiser reserves the right to substitute an alternative Gift of equivalent or
greater value. The Gift is not transferrable and not exchangeable for cash.

15. The twenty (20) shortlisted Finalists with the highest entries will be selected and
invited to Klang Valley to participate in an event to determine seventeen (17)
Consolation Prize winners and three (3) Finalists who will proceed to the final event
to determine whether the Finalist is a Grand Prize winner. In the event the Finalist
does not win the Grand Prize, he/she will win the Consolation Prizes and the Grand
Prize will be forfeited. All travel costs and personal expenses incurred in participating
in the event will be borne by the Finalists. Failure to attend the event will result in
prize forfeiture.

16. The twenty (20) Candidates will be selected at the Organiser’s own discretion as
shown below:

17. The Selected Candidates will be contacted by the Organiser and invited to The
Sweepstake #YouWantOne ceremony.

18. Only five (5) attempts of phone calls will be made during office hours, Monday to
Friday (10am-6pm).

19. In the event the Selected Candidates cannot be contacted i.e. voicemail, line busy or
no pick up, the Organiser shall allocate the candidacy to the next Selected Candidate.

20. It is compulsory that the Selected Candidates to be present during The Sweepstake
#YouWantOne ceremony, failing which the candidacy will be withdrawn and The
Organiser reserves the right to select the next Candidate.

21. By applying at ringgitplus.com, all customers consent to the use of their personal data
by the Organiser for the purposes of the administration of this offer and any other
purposes to which the entrant has consented, such as the Terms and Conditions,
Personal Data and Information Notice, and Privacy Policy published at ringgitplus.com

22. By accepting the offer each eligible person agrees to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
22.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign
without notice. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by
The Organiser shall not entitle the applicant to any claim or compensation
against The Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the applicant as a
direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension.

22.2 The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign,
including but not limited to the type of Campaign Gift, shall be deemed final and
conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any applicant will be
entertained. The decisions of The Organiser are final, conclusive and binding and
no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.

22.3 The terms and conditions herein contained shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
