Under the Unassisted Acquisition Offer

1. The customer will be eligible for Life-time Free card (if any) are eligible only and only if
a) the application is completed end-to-end digitally using the apply link given here,
b) the application is completed without any support/assistance from our bank representative (verbally/in-person)
c) the application is completed successfully in one-go and you receive the application reference number on the last
screen
2. On fulfilling criteria no. 1, your card will be converted to LTF within 90 days of card issuance month
3. LTF offer is not applicable on Infinia, Diners Black and any co-brand or commercial credit cards
4. HDFC Bank will provide a credit card according to Bank's internal guidelines and underwriting policy
5. Issuance of the credit card virtually is subject to completeness of verified customer data and application approval
6. This offer is valid for new-issuance of retail and business credit cards only

Alternatively, if you are being assisted by Sales representative

1. Customer can avail and use SmartPay actively and waive off annual fees on the credit card
2. This offer is not valid on Infinia and Diners Black Credit Card.

c) the application is completed successfully in one-go and you receive the application reference number on the last

2. To avail the gift voucher, you have to do minimum 3 debit transactions within 30 days of card issuance and the voucher
code will be triggered within 90 days of card issuance month. For example - customer applying between 1-31st Jan will
receive the voucher code by 31st March.

3. The voucher code and the redemption link will be triggered to customer’s registered mobile number as SMS within the
stipulated timeline.
