10X Reward Points offer is applicable only on HDFC Bank Diners Club retail Credit Cards viz. HDFC Bank
Diners Club Black, HDFC Diners Club Privilege, HDFC Bank Diners ClubMiles, HDFC Bank Diners Club
Premium and HDFC Bank Diners Club Rewardz Credit Cards. The offer is not applicable on corporate
cards, commercial cards, Diners Millennia or InterMiles Diners credit cards.

Maximum total reward points that can be earned per calendar month during offer period for eligible
transactions across all the participating merchants are as below:

HDFC Bank Diners Black Card - 25,000 Reward Points

HDFC Bank Diners Privilege- 10,000 Reward Points

Diners ClubMiles / Diners Premium Card - 5,000 Reward Points

HDFC Bank Diners Rewardz Card – 2,000 Reward Points

What is the latest update on the 10X programme?

Swiggy (food section), CRED store and travel, cure.fit, Seiko and Birkenstock are the partners

The incremental 9X Rewards will be posted within 90 days from the end of the calendar month in which the
transaction is completed and settlement has happened at merchant end. Date of settlement will be
considered for calculating the maximum cap.

Max cap is applied calendar month wise.

Which transactions will qualify for the offer?

To be eligible for the offer, payment has to be done directly using HDFC Bank Diners Club Credit Card.
Any wallet payments will not be eligible even if wallet is refilled using HDFC Bank Diners Club Credit Card.

 Transactions done on below online stores and official apps of partner brands are eligible for 10X.
The offer does not extend to the brand products available offline or at any other online retailers and
domains.

 EMI transactions are not eligible for this offer

 Transactions done on Swiggy with a minimum order value of INR 300 will qualify for the offer. Any
transaction value less than the Minimum Order Value of INR 300 will not qualify for incremental 9X
reward points. Offer valid only on food orders & not valid on Genie & Instamart.
When will Incremental Reward Points be posted?

The incremental 9X Rewards will be posted within 90 days from the end of the calendar month in which the
transaction is completed and settlement has happened at merchant end. Date of settlement will be
considered for calculating the maximum cap of a calendar month.

General Terms:

1. Offer valid on HDFC Bank Diners Club retail credit cards with reward points feature only. Offer not
valid on Corporate, Commercial and Business cards or Card with Miles as feature.

2. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotions currently applicable on HDFC Bank Diners
Club Credit Cards

3. Minimum transaction value to be eligible for offer or reward points is Rs. 150

4. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is
voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis.

5. This offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.

6. All queries with regards to the Reward points/Cashback Offer will be valid/open for escalation only
up to 90 days from the offer end date – post which the Bank is not liable for any postings.

7. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and
which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

8. HDFC Bank is not making these offers and neither warrant nor guarantees the delivery, quality,
merchantability or suitability of products/services availed of by the HDFC Bank Credit Card
members under this offer and the member shall be solely responsible for all effects and
consequences therefrom.

9. Any disputes as regards delivery, quality, warranty, merchantability or suitability of

products/services availed of under this offer must be strictly addressed by the HDFC Bank Credit
Card members in writing to Merchant/ Brand directly and HDFC Bank will not entertain any
communication in this regard.

10. HDFC Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or for any personal injury that
may be suffered, by a HDFC Bank Credit Card member, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of
products/services availed of under this offer

11. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason
whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace,
wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or
withdraw it altogether.

12. Above offers is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit Card members only and
nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member
agreement. The terms of the above offers shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms
contained in the Card members Agreement.

13. All disputes pertaining to Credit Cards, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of
above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other
areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
14. HDFC Bank reserves the right to debit reward points from customer's card account at any time in
case of cancelations/ reversal of transaction for which reward points were credited earlier. In case
sufficient reward points are not available, corresponding Rupee value will be charged to the card
and will be payable by customer as per the credit card agreement

15. Transactions are tracked as per the posted/settled date from third party/merchant to the bank and
the posting/settlement date will be considered as contribution to the spend accrual for any month.
