Terms and Conditions – Rs 500 Voucher on Spends

 Rs 500 voucher on Spends offer (“Program”) is open to Selected Cardholders of IndusInd

Bank Limited (“IndusInd Bank”/”Bank”), who have a valid and open IndusInd Bank Credit
Card and who have received communication regarding the offer (“Eligible Cardholders”)
 For the purpose of the Program, Purchase Transactions would mean Transactions done using
the IndusInd Bank Credit Card at a Merchant Outlet (Card Present), on-line Transaction, IVR
Transaction, Mail Order / Telephone Order Transaction or through Standing Instructions.
Wallet Loading, Cash Withdrawal and Loan on Phone transactions will not be considered for
the purpose of this program
 For the purpose of this promotion, ‘Program Period’ would mean 15 days from the start of
the offer. The Offer Start date is as mentioned in the present communication via SMS or
Emailer.
 Under this Promotion, Eligible Cardholders using their IndusInd Bank Credit Card need to
spend a minimum of INR. 5,000 during the program period in order to qualify for a voucher
worth Rs. 500.
 This offer will be in addition to the regular reward points earned by the cardholder on the
purchase transaction as per the product feature or any other offer available to the
cardholder as per the product feature.
 The maximum value of the voucher will be Rs 500 and will be limited to 1 voucher per
cardholder, irrespective of whether the customer has spent more than Rs 5000 in the
‘Program Period’.
 Only Settled Transactions i.e. Transactions which have been successfully posted into the
customer’s card account within/ latest by 10 days after the end of the Program Period will
be considered for the purpose of this Promotion.
 Transactions made on all cards in the Cardholder’s Card account, Primary or Add-on cards
will be eligible for determining qualification under this Program.
 Purchase Reversal Transactions posted on cardholder’s Card Account during the Program
Period will be deducted from the Spends for determining qualification under this program,
irrespective of whether the Original Transaction corresponding to this Reversal was done
during the Program Period or before the Program Period.
 Gift Voucher will be sent to the cardholder within 90-days of the card set up date or 30 days
post the end of the offer period, whichever is later.
 Only approved undisputed Purchase transactions will be eligible for being considered under
the Program. All transactions that have been carried out on the Card during the Program
Period and reversed subsequently for any reason whatsoever shall not be considered while
determining qualification under this Program
 Delinquent Credit Cardholders will not be eligible for the benefits of this offer. "Delinquent
Credit Card Account" means an account of a Cardholder which has an outstanding which is
Past Due or which, in the sole opinion of the Bank, has unsatisfactory credit standing.
Cardholders whose Credit Card accounts are currently delinquent or become delinquent at
any time before the fulfilment of the offer, will be ineligible for the benefits of this Program.
 If the Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder at any time during the Program Period or before
the fulfilment of the offer, all benefits under the Program shall lapse. This includes any
relationship terminated either by the Bank or the Cardholder.
 The offer and its details shall be communicated on the registered Email ID and mobile
number of the customer. The Bank shall not be responsible for any change in the customer’s
 mobile number or Email ID, in the interim. Customer shall be responsible to update his
contact details with the Bank, in case of any change.
 IndusInd Bank shall not be liable or responsible for non-receipt or delivery of any SMS/other
communication relating to this Program due to any reason beyond the control of IndusInd
Bank.
 IndusInd Bank reserves the right to modify/amend any communication/SMS related to the
Program at any later date during the Program Period.
 In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of IndusInd Bank shall be final and
binding in all respects.
 The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any
of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other
Program, whether similar or different to this Program or to withdraw it altogether without
giving prior notice.
 The terms and conditions of the Program shall be in addition to and not in
substitution/derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Card and shall at
all times be read along with the terms of the Cardholders’ Agreement and such other terms
and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable
contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the Cardholders’
Agreement, then terms of the Cardholders’ Agreement to prevail the present conditions.
 Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
competent courts in Mumbai only.

 If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after
deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for
subsequent transactions.
 For individual retail customers E - Gift Cards can be purchased on www.myntra.com or
Myntra Mobile App using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card and
Net Banking.
 Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.
 You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the E -Gift Cards.
myntra.com/QwikCilver Solutions are not responsible for any acts of omission or
commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
 Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to
protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card
due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer,
myntra.com/ QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no
refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.
 Myntra.com/QwikCilver Solutions assume no responsibility for the products purchased using
the E - Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be
regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective
products.
 Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the
expired/unused E - Gift Cards.
 Qwikcilver/Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found
to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC")
details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds
shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
 You agree and understand that E - Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected
to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Myntra/ QwikCilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd may be
required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other
information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken
using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Myntra/ QwikCilver Solutions Pvt.
Ltd may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GC for any such information.
 Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-
Gift Card, including extending.

Apollo Pharmacy
 This is Apollo Pharmacy Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on
listed Apollo Pharmacy outlets and not on any other products/services.
 The person who has the Apollo Pharmacy GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
 Apollo Pharmacy is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
 Only One GV / GC can be used in one bill/transaction.
 This is a One-time use GV / GC with an expiration date.
 No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.
 Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
 Apollo Pharmacy GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any
situations.
 Apollo Pharmacy GV / GC can be clubbed with on-going monthly FMCG (sponsored by

 Apollo Pharmacy GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. Apollo Pharmacy
may add or delete any date(s)/lieriod(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
 Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the
decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at
Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
 Apollo Pharmacy shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift
Card (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Apollo
Pharmacy, GV / GC may not get accepted and Apollo Pharmacy shall have no liability for the
same.
 If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it
would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /
Gift Card (GC) is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within
48 hours.
