    Good day! I am currently taking up my Masters in Public Administration at the University of the Philippines. As part of the requirements, I need to conduct a research study. I would like to ask for your advice on the different methods of research that I can use for my study. Some key considerations that I have are: - The topic of my research is on improving service delivery in local government units. Specifically, I am looking at streamlining business permit and licensing processes. - I have a limited time frame of around 3 months to conduct and finish my research. - Resources and budget are also limited. I do not have the capacity to hire research assistants or conduct large scale surveys. - Qualitative and quantitative data
