amendments of the articles of incorporation and other corporate applications requiring
SEC approval.

STEPS
STEP 1: go to their website

STEP 2: Log in or sign up to SEC online registration

STEP 3: Reserve Company Name
STEP 4: Fill out Forms required
STEP 5: Submit documents (Articles of Incorporation, By laws, and Treasurer’s
Affidavit) online including all other required documents such as endorsements of
necessary govt agencies as may be required.
STEP 6: An email will be sent to you confirming your online registration to the SEC
STEP 7: Wait for them to process and review documents
STEP 8: Once approved you may pay the required fees online or to the bank
STEP 8: After getting the confirmation receipt from SEC online, you may get the SEC
Certification personally to the SEC office and submit original copies.
