OBSERVE ISSUES AND CONCERN ENCOUNTERED:

1. I wanted to addressed is the Wi-Fi service of the school because mostly the
students did not connect well.
2. Let every students used the WI-FI connection for educational Purposes.
3. Penalties of Working Students
4. No exemption for working students if there are school activities.
5. Penalties on any event in school are at high price.
6. In regarding of the activities, lack of preparation event place is poor.
7. Attitude Problem.
8. Lack of Electric fan in the classroom.
9. My concern is why we need to pay the miscellaneous, during summer class
then we have to make our entire module online, and we don’t need use the
rooms.
10.Personal Issues must be in place.
11. The BSSW curriculum lacks “Values Education” which is very important in
one formation of the attitudes of the millennial students now days.
12.Accountable to t-shirt MMG Lost.
13.Low Penalties regarding in fines.

SUGGESTION HOW TO IMPROVE BSSW PROGRAM:

1. Improve air condition of the School Rooms.
2. To Improve of Department & Student Policies and Higher License.
3. Input more on good attitude and passion on social work that helps the
students to love the course.
4. Hire more teachers with experience on the field to help the students.
5. Add more teachers / staff.
6. I will suggest that improve the BSSW Program according to improve
more confident to the individual.
7. We can improve BSSW program by having local books so that we can
understand Social Work Course more in Philippines settings.
8. Teacher must be engaged to Continue Professional Development like
Master’s Degree and Doctoral.
9. Teacher should focus the Orange book of Thelma Lee Mendoza.
10.Be responsible and put more scenarios on the topics. Stop having biases
treatment on students.
11.Focus on Books and put more act. That can be able to improve the
knowledge of the student.
12.Making more students activity to make socialize each other.
13.All is Well
14.Nothing to improve just maintains the friendly zone department. Just
love, No hate.
15.Let every irregular students informed every different activities of BSSW
Programs.
16.Integrate in the curriculum “Values Education” subject.
 17.Program that will help the society to adopt and be responsible with their
mistake. Now a day’s people used their pride to make stand with their
action.
18.To have air- condition so we can listen carefully.
19.Hire (BBSW) faculty in Social Work Program who are competent and
committed to their work.
20.To find some teachers have more experiences in teaching.
21.The teachers of BSSW program must be a master’s degree.
