PE

1. Physical Education is to engage in a physical activity where one or more students do fitness
exhibitions. For example, walking, dancing, swimming, jogging, and many more physical related
activities. Thus, physical education is not all about being physically fit, but also being mentally
active and healthy into adulthood.

2. There are 5 different objectives of Physical education and these are the following:

 Physical development
Under the physical development is having proper growth and development, proper
functioning of various systems of the body, developing of skills through better
neuromuscular coordination, and developing of strength and endurance.

 Psychological development
To achieve this objective you must be well develop of healthy interests and attitudes,
have satisfaction and channelized of emotions, and have remove worry, tension, etc.
through participation in sports.

 Social development
In social development one must expand qualities of sympathy and cooperation with
others, and become a worthy member of home and society.

 Moral development
Moral development is where you are in progress of self-control, sportsmanship,
leadership qualities, personality, improvement in knowledge, acquiring the knowledge
of the rules of games, sports and exercise, and understanding health problems and their
prevention.
