BACOOR CITY, CAVITE

RE: COVID-19 HEALTH GUIDELINES

Considering the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the country, the Court
reiterates that all inquiries on cases or transactions, including requests for
documents and services, shall be coursed and acted upon through the the above
contact details. The Court shall not entertain walk-in transactions.

Likewise, all litigants are encouraged to have their cases heard online via
videoconferencing by filing the proper motion before the Court. The motion should
indicate the respective contact numbers and email addresses of the parties and
may be filed electronically to this Court through the official email addresses:

The information that will be collected shall be solely used by the Court in
the services of its orders, notices, and other documents and to ensure the prompt
sending out of email invitations for videoconferencing.

On the other hand, litigants who shall opt for in-court hearings should
strictly abide by the following COVID-19 protocols:

1. No FACE MASK and FACE SHIELD, no entry.

2. Bring a duly accomplished HEALTH DECLARATION FORM which may be
downloaded from MTCC-Bacoor, Cavite Facebook page:
www.facebook.com/mtccbacoorcavite .

Litigants may also fill up the HEALTH DECLARATION FORM online by placing
the camera phone over this QR code:

For everyone’s safety, please answer the questions truthfully. The answers
will be used for COVID-19 monitoring, contact tracing and prevention.

3. Bring own pens and papers.

4. Litigants are advised to bring their case records to minimize contact on the
court records.
5. Disinfect hands before entering the court room.
6. Sit on the designated areas and avoid moving around.
7. Maintain proper physical distancing.
8. Do not engage in unnecessary conversation.
9. Leave the court premises immediately after the hearing.
