Glasscubes features as a collaboration software:

- Provides collaboration for people and institutions that are separated, allowing
them to be viewed and understood.

- Allows clients to invite anyone to join this workspace to share information,

communicate, share files, assign tasks, discuss ideas and organize schedules

- Provides a centralized platform for file sharing and, as cloud storage, there is
no limit on file size or number of files that can be uploaded. The system may also
automatically version the same file when it is updated after correction.

- Notifications;Making sure that all the right people are included in the CC area
can be very difficult when you're trying to alert them to a new file or file update. If
you missed one user, you need to email them separately to build a new chain. You
can prevent all of this by using a program that automatically informs assigned users
of file changes or other actions taken in the file.

- Approvals; While you may often make edits to a document on your own, it’s
sometimes necessary to edit with other contributors simultaneously. For great team
document collaboration, pick a tool that has either built-in coauthoring or integrates
with a widely used product that has this feature.

- Discussion;Indeed, collaborative document management includes contact

with other participants. For example, you can need to ask questions before you make
any changes. A successful paper sharing tool has resulted in conversations attached
to the file to ensure that everybody is on the same page.
Why did the NSHCS require a tool for collaboration?
The NSHCS program required a way for people working in teams at different
locations to co-create documents and collaborate on scientific topics. Clients can
invite anyone to enter this workspace, whether they are staff, customers , suppliers —
anyone who needs to share information and communicate with the company. Also
use online space to share information, assign tasks, discuss ideas and topics, and
coordinate schedules. Collaboration software provides a centralized repository for
file sharing, and because storage is on the cloud, there is no limit on the file size or
number of files that can be submitted to this space. The app will also eventually
release the same file when it is updated after modification.

Was Glasscubes a feasible option?

Glasscube collaboration tools have been provided to companies since 2008. It has a
strong client base with more than 50,000 customers in more than 100 countries
worldwide.

Glasscubes was a feasible option because people can easily do the following:
● Share files and manage documents without worrying about security.

● Collaborate and improve communications as a team.

● Coordinate projects, track progress, and deliver results without going beyond
budget and schedule.

● Bring everyone together in an online workplace and organize them into

groups.

● Create content within the system.

● Be on top of your projects via updates such as email notifications as well as

text alerts.
Areas where collaboration software can be useful:
-Banking Finance
-Supply chain management
-Education-Engineering
-Healthcare

Discussion
- Software development plays a major role in the healthcare sector, which is
renowned for being a busy, high-pressure and time-poor environment. Those who
work in the hospital usually have to be limited when it comes to fitting all their tasks
into one day. In order to keep up with the files and sensitive information about their
patients , it is important to keep electronic health records. The best way to do this is
to use dedicated electronic health record (EHC) software to keep up-to - date records
in a centralized database. This software also has a lot of useful features so that you
can create new patient records, update records when necessary, and use the template
to ensure that time is spent as efficiently as possible.
- Banks recognize the importance of digital technologies as a powerful lever to
improve profits, improve regulatory compliance and transform their customer
experience. This latter imperative has become more important in the context of the
COVID-19 crisis, as remote and mobile access has shifted from convenience to need
for many millions of customers. We expect digitization to play an even more central
role in the future, as banks find innovaTo date, the technologies available to
employees for collaboration have been limited to basic communication tools such as
e-mail, chat and text messages. These tools are typically disconnected from actual
information flows related to business processes, and this lack of integration results in
unnecessary back-and-forth status, hand-offs, and inquiries among employees,
which affect their productivity.tive ways to serve their customers during the crisis.
