Kindly refer even numbered letter of this office dated 10.08.2020, 17.07.2020
& 05.06.2020 vide which SSAs were requested for significant improvement in
Landline Provisioning in 24 Hrs, Urban Faults Cleared in 4 Hrs and rural Faults
cleared in 6 Hrs. In this context it was also informed that as BSNL HQ is pressing
hard for significant improvement in these parameters, so theses parameters will be
monitored fortnightly.
Kindly find the report extracted from ITPC 101 server, on the subject, for the
period of 16.08.2020 to 31.08.2020. It is clearly evident that performance of almost
every SSA is very poor in urban and rural fault clearance. In all SSAs, except PTP, HDI
and SUL the performance of Landline provisioning also need improvement.
Therefore all SSA Heads and BA Heads are requested to bestow their personal
attention and take necessary action to ensure significant improvement of assigned
operational parameters in your SSA by 30.09.2020.
