Inter SSA Optimization Report of SITAPUR

Introduction:

TEMS drive test tool kit was used for conducting the GSM/UMTS drive test. We tried to cover all
major, primary roads including high dense, medium dense & low dense clusters. Calls were made
for 120 seconds with a gap of 10 seconds between calls.

On the basis of Traffic report analysis and OMCR Fault report observations are as bellow.

Actions to be taken on the basis of Drive Test:

For cells with worst RX Quality and RX Signal Cells following measures to be taken:
(1) Media to be checked
(2) TRX health to be checked
(3) Feeder, Jumper and Connectors to be checked and tightened.
(4) Temperature should be maintained.
(5) Input Voltage to the BTS should be checked at regular interval.

Over all RF outdoor coverage, quality and 3G data speed is found good in the city and KPIs are within
limit. On the basis of RF drive test of GSM/UMTS network and Traffic report analysis the findings and
