For this letterhead, we decided to use a set of typefaces you are familiar with so that
you can jump straight into designing. If this is your first purchase with us, don't worry,
they are easy to download. For your next purchase we'll try to use one of these fonts
again.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the following instructions for use (Optional action as per work)
- How to activate ruler lines: Press 'Command' and ; (for mac) OR 'Control' and ;
(for windows). We provided ruler guides to help you avoid designing into the bleed
area.

- How to unlock a layer: You will notice that some layers are not displaceable or
editable (example: "Trim Lines") and that they appear with a lock symbol beside their
name. To unlock them, simply click on that lock symbol.

- How to change your background color / tone: Select the square tool and draw a
square one layer above your background. Next, clip that square to your background.
The explanation on how to clip is below. There is a drop down menu immediately
above your list of layer names, called 'blend mode'. Do you see it? Click on it, and
select 'colour'. Did the background change?? Yay!! Finally, adjust that colour to your
liking by double-clicking the coloured box beside your square and selecting a colour
of your choice.

- How to clip an image to the underlying box or item: Replace my "Insert Image
Here" layer with your image. Then, right-click on your image and from the drop down
list, select "Create Clipping Mask". You can revert that action whenever you wish
by right-clicking on your image again and selecting "Remove Clipping Mask".

- How to disable an effect you don't need: There is an 'fx' written beside the name of
the layer whose effect you wish to disable. Click on the arrow beside that 'fx', then
click on the eye beside the word 'effects'.

PRINT OPTION
The standard dimensions for a printed Letterhead are 8.27×11.69 inch for A4 size
paper and 8.5x11 inch for U.S. Letter size paper. That’s the finished Letterhead size.
Here the Letterhead size is 8.27×11.69 inch for A4 & 8.5x11 inch for U.S. Letter
that’s the stander size for printing. Included the bleeds size. Bleed area is that extra
space around the outer edges of the Letterhead, the area that keeps your elements
or backgrounds and text safe from being cut off. This Letterhead is designed for both
corporate business and personal usage.
