Letterhead Pad
 1. Download and install free fonts

First of all I recommend to download and install the fonts which are used in the
documents. You can find them here:

Open sans: http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/open-sans

Font Awesome: http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/

2. Customize file in Photoshop

Open the file with Photoshop and select the text tool to edit the text.

Once you are done you can place a picture of you inside the round place
holder. Check the layers panel. There is a yellow marked folder with an
smart object inside. Just double-click it.

A window will open – press OK. Now you see a new file with a layer labeled
PHOTO. Here you have to place your picture – it has to fill the whole space.

Once you are done save and close the file. Now you can see your photo in the
document.

Congratulations! You are done!
