Close the COG flow regulation valve (FV511091.01)

2.3 Close the dilution air flow
regulation valve (FV511050)
and stop ADF511050
2.4 Check content CO in the gas
circuit:
2.4.1 If CO is present in the gas
circuit
Do slowly ventilation avoiding
to cool down temperature of
the system with refractory
thermal shock.
Open N2 valves in to the
boiler area and in to the gas
manifold. Make ventilation
approx. 5 -10 min. (during this
period GCF should work at
minimum speed ) and check
the CO content in the gas
circuit.
If CO is present, continue
ventilation.
2.4.2 If CO is absent
Close N2 valves. Close the
inlet damper (MOV521001.01;
02) of the GCF and stop GCF.
Close the temporary stack
valve (FV510099) (all gas
circuit must be closed, N2
valves must be closed)
