Students Password reset procedure.

 
 

1. Click on above URL ‐ https://aka.ms/ssprsetup & you will redirect to below page. 

 
 

2. Click on Re‐enter my password or you will ask to put your email ID and password. 

3. After entering your valid credentials you will redirect to below page. 

 
 

 
4. Kindly insert your mobile number and click on verify. Select country as India (+91) & click on 
either text me or call me 

5. You will get OTP on the mentioned number. Please received code and click on verify. 

6. Once mobile number is verified you will see that Authentication phone is set to mentioned 
mobile number as below. 

 
 

7. Please repeat the same steps and put your personal email id to receive the code if you forgot 
the password. 

 
8. Now Mobile and email ID is verified. Click on finish. 

9. To reset the password please click on below URL 

https://aka.ms/sspr 

10. Put Your Microsoft email id for which you want to reset the password. 

11. Insert the Image words in empty column 

 
12. Click on next. 

 
13. Click on any of the method you want either you want to receive the password on email or on 
mobile. 

 
14. You will get your new password either on mobile or in an email whatever you selected.
